Purpose of TCI
History of TCI
TCI was created in February of 2002 by Joel Webb. Joel could not find a website that used the latest web technology geared to the beginning investor as well as the advanced real estate professional. In fact, some of the competing websites are still using technology from 1997 (The old pioneer days of the Internet). Since 2002, WebbGroup Network Systems (TCI's parent company) has changed 80% of the software or totally recreated it from scratch to form what you see today - TheCreativeInvestor.com website.
Purpose of TCI
The purpose of TCI is to use high technology to profitably expand business using real estate as the medium. Whether you're a broker, investor, or property manager, TCI is built to bring everyone together for a common goal - making a profit using real estate.
